"Yes, I was one of those who wanted to look fit but didn't do anything about it. I was the kind of person who could never commit to the gym. I tried to stick to a routine but after a few weeks of meaningless pseudo-workouts, my motivation faded and I went back to my non-exercise routine. Despite my busy schedule, I knew I needed to squeeze some time in for my body and me. I tried many times, but I never followed through. Then I met Mark. He caught me weighing myself on two different scales in less than five minutes. He suspected that I felt one of the scales were broken. Perhaps he thought I was a little crazy, too. "I've always had great excuses for not working out. I work too much. I have no time. I need to go shopping. I hate waking up early. I could keep going on- we all know the best excuses in the world. One day I finally realized that I needed to get my act together and start doing something to get in shape. I thought about the possibilities and figured I should probably go to someone who knows what they are talking about. I thought about hiring a personal trainer but quickly said "no" to the idea because, well, they are expensive!!!
